Terms and conditions

Purchase and installed by 4:59pm NZDT 31/08/25. Domestic and residential purchases only.

The winner will be notified by telephone.

1. By participation in this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotional period for purchasing the Heat Pump and the Heat Pump being installed is from 1st April 2025 until 31st August 2025.
3. The winner of the draw will win back the cost of their new heat pump – up to the value of $4000.
4. All purchases of a new Heat Pump supplied and installed within the South Canterbury Region by Cool Air 2005 Ltd are eligible to enter.
5. The purchase of the heat pump / air conditioner must be purchased in an individual’s name for their own domestic and residential purposes and excludes non-residential applications.
6. Purchases by, for and in the name of trusts, companies, businesses, commercial or residential developers/developments and purchases by builders, sub-contractors, installers/resellers and their immediate family, churches, not-for-profit organisations, sporting clubs and donations are ineligible.
7. The purchaser is considered as the payer for the Eligible Products as shown on the proof of payment document.
8. To be entered in the draw, individuals must have purchased and had installed a new Heat Pump from Cool Air 2005 Ltd during the promotional period (1st April 2025 to 31st August 2025). No Heat Pump purchased on lay-by or on hold will be eligible. The Heat pump must be paid in full or on terms with an approved finance company to qualify for the giveaway. Receipts of deposit payments will not be valid.
9. If the Heat Pump purchased is returned for a refund during this promotion period the entry is void.
10. Please attach proof of purchase of the Heat Pump with this redemption form. If this is not completed, the entry form will not be processed and will be deemed Void.
11. Only original entry forms with all details fully and legibly completed together with an original receipt will be eligible for entry into the draw.
12. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to send the entry form and proof of purchase to Cool Air 2005 Ltd. Cool Air 2005 Ltd take no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail. Entry form can also be handed in to our office at 3 Cliff Street, Timaru 7910.
13. Cool Air 2005 Ltd reserve the right to extend, change or end this promotion at any time. If any participant is found to be abusing this giveaway promotion. Fujitsu may terminate their entry immediately. Should any dispute arise, the decision made my Cool Air 2005 Ltd is final.
14. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering, the prize winner/s agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.
16. All Entry forms become property of Cool Air 2005 Ltd. All details will be held in accordance with The New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
17. This promotional giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
